These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Enhanced RYB Pty Ltd (“RYB”) platform. By using this website and any of its services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.
RYB is a B2B connection platform designed to help businesses form contract-based relationships. We do not own or participate in the contracts you form through the site. Any agreements made between users are strictly between those parties. RYB does not guarantee the success, legality, or reliability of any posted or accepted contract.
Users must be 18 years or older to use this platform. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account, posting content, or engaging with other businesses. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be providing false, misleading, or harmful content, or engaging in abusive, illegal, or unethical behavior.
All contracts, posts, messages, and content uploaded by users must comply with applicable laws. RYB does not verify every contract or interaction and is not liable for disputes, damages, losses, or breaches that arise between businesses using the platform. You agree to conduct your own due diligence before entering into any contract.
Service-related fees may be charged on accepted contracts and renewals. These are disclosed during the process of contract creation or acceptance. Payments on the platform are processed through trusted third-party providers. By using RYB, you accept that all payment information is handled by external services, and RYB does not store or control this information.
You retain ownership of any content or contracts you upload. However, by submitting any content, you grant RYB the right to display, store, and use that content for platform operations. You must not upload content that you do not have the legal right to share.
All branding, design, text, and code on this site is the intellectual property of Enhanced RYB Pty Ltd. No part of the platform may be copied, sold, or reused without written permission.
RYB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise out of your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to financial losses, broken contracts, missed opportunities, or data loss. You agree to use the platform at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RYB, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims or demands made by third parties due to your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any laws or rights.
RYB reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any user, account, contract, or post at our sole discretion, without prior notice, and without providing a reason. This includes cases where we suspect misuse, fraud, legal risk, harm to the platform’s integrity, or behavior that contradicts RYB’s mission or values. We are not required to disclose internal investigations, criteria, or specific triggers for these actions.
RYB also reserves the right to pause, discontinue, or restrict services globally or locally at any time, for any reason, including business restructuring, legal changes, or platform evolution. No liability will be held for such interruptions or terminations of access or availability.
Any user found attempting to bypass the platform by contacting other businesses listed on RYB outside of the platform for the purpose of avoiding platform fees or continuing business without transparency will be deemed in violation of these Terms. Such actions are considered a breach of trust and undermine the purpose of RYB as a trusted connection hub. Users found doing so may be permanently blacklisted, have their accounts terminated without warning, and will lose access to any premium features, tools, or visibility enhancements previously available. RYB prioritizes keeping all communication and contracts within the platform to ensure accountability, safety, and fairness.
In addition, any user or company that is deemed by RYB to be engaging in unfair, unethical, or harmful business practices — whether reported by other users or observed through internal review — may be removed from the platform at RYB’s sole discretion. While RYB does not typically interfere in the legal aspects of disputes between businesses, we reserve the right to take legal action or assist in legal proceedings if the actions of a user have caused demonstrable harm to RYB’s reputation, operations, or other users. RYB will always assess such matters internally before deciding whether to escalate to legal enforcement.
We may occasionally introduce beta features or new functionalities that are in testing. These features may be released in a limited form, and users understand that performance, reliability, and availability may not yet be fully established. Participation in such beta services is voluntary and does not imply permanence of those services.
In the event of disputes between users, RYB encourages both parties to resolve the matter privately. While we may provide limited support or suggestions, RYB is not liable for resolving or mediating contractual or financial conflicts. We are not a legal or arbitration authority and have no obligation to intervene.
Users agree not to use the platform to post, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. RYB reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these terms or undermines the quality of the platform.
You understand and agree that RYB may collect, store, and process personal and business information according to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to this data handling. We do not share your private information with third parties unless required by law or explicitly agreed upon by you.
RYB may enable escrow services in the future to further protect both parties in a contract. Until such time, payments and deliverables remain the responsibility of the users involved. Any claims of non-performance or refund must be resolved directly between the involved businesses.
We may use automated systems to monitor activity on the platform. This includes fraud detection, spam control, and enforcement of these terms. Users acknowledge and accept that their actions on the site may be analyzed through such systems to maintain platform integrity.
In the event that any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of RYB to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Users may request to delete their accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, RYB will remove personal and business information associated with the account unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention.
Force Majeure: RYB shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, or government restrictions.
We may introduce verification procedures for users in the future to ensure the quality of participants on the platform. Users may be asked to provide identification, business registration, or related documentation. Refusal to participate in verification may result in limited access to platform features.
Users are encouraged to read all contract terms carefully before acceptance. RYB does not provide legal advice. If you are unsure about a contract or its implications, you should seek professional legal counsel before proceeding.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any part of the platform. Any unauthorized access, tampering, or breach of security measures will result in immediate termination of service and possible legal action.
RYB retains the right to assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in the case of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Users may not assign their obligations without prior written consent from RYB.
RYB may offer support through email, forms, or live chat, but availability is not guaranteed. Users are expected to provide clear, respectful communication when requesting assistance.
If you are accessing RYB from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. RYB does not guarantee that the platform is appropriate or available in all regions at it’s current state. But will be available in the future.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RYB concerning your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm your understanding and agreement to be bound by these Terms.
