Yes, you can request a refund for a contract directly with the business you created the contract with under specific circumstances. However, If the business is found to be engaging in irregular, unethical, or unfair practices, you are entitled to take action. In such cases, please email us at support@enhancedryb.com as soon as possible. Our team will guide you through the resolution process and ensure your concerns are addressed promptly and fairly. Please keep in mind RYB is not responsible for any financial damage or any damage that will impact the growth a business once a contracted is posted
RYB charges a service fee when two parties come to an agreement on a contract through the platform. Once a contract is accepted by both parties, a one-time initiation fee of 10% is applied based on the contract value. Additionally, for ongoing agreements, a renewal fee of $50 or more is charged each time the contract is extended or renewed. These fees help support platform maintenance, secure transactions, and continued development of new features.

To renew or modify an existing contract, simply navigate to the “My Contracts” section of your RYB dashboard. From there, select the contract you wish to update and choose the appropriate action, such as “Renew” or “Edit.” If both parties agree to the changes, the updated contract will take effect immediately
